ABOUT ME
I grew up in Belgium and was fortunate enough to travel throughout Europe, enjoying and learning about a wide variety of cuisines. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu at the Atlantic Culinary Academy in Dover, NH in 2007. Some of my work history includes being the Sous Chef at Anneke Jans in Kittery, Me, and a caterer at The White Apron in Dover, NH. I have been running my personal chef business since 2009.
I create comfort style food with focus on using seasonal ingredients and offer a variety of cuisines, from international flavors to local favorites!
